3D Benchmarks

The KK266plus isn't really faster nor slower than the vanilla KK266. Originally, I thought that the KK266plus had a more tweaked bios but it seems that after fully setting every setting in the bios to the best possible setting, the performance of both boards could be the same, if not different by a small and probably insignificant margin.

Had the memory timings of the KK266plus at 164MHz bus been better, the score differences would even be greater. As the resolution and color depth is raised, the overclocked KK266plus is reduced to the level of the KK266 and KK266plus running at default clock speeds.

3DMark2001 isn't really a very good benchmark for testing motherboards specially if the video card is the limiting factor. I listed the individual framerate results and the difference of the KK266 and KK266plus is only very small; sometimes even less than 1fps so that can't really be considered significant. Again, the overclocked motherboard beats them all despite running at a lower clock speed.
