Introduction

A few months into the KT133A's inception, Epox released the 8KTA3. The board won many awards and effectively put Epox back into the overclocking map. Now, Epox has decided to follow up with their successes with the 8KTA3 and made changes based on feedback. Now comes the 8KTA3+ Pro, which boasts 1mhz increments for FSB adjustment and up to +0.4V of default core voltage adjustment. That in itself makes the 8KTA3+ Pro worthy of a second look.

The 8KTA3+ Pro and its sibling the 8KTA3Pro are just improved versions of the 8KTA3+ and the 8KTA3 respectively. The basic differences are the jumpers for added default core voltage and 1mhz increments for FSB adjustment. Also, the Pro version does away with the jumper for setting 133mhz, so it solves the multiplier problem for KT133A boards. Another notable difference is the use of the Highpoint 370A controller (the + version uses this) which is of course an improved version of the 370 controller.
